How to locate your product and serial numbers

At the back of your monitor you will find a label. This label contains all the information we need to process your rma request.
Make sure you read the information on the back of your label very carefully.

Product No, means product number make sure you locate the same product number on our RMA form. If your product number is not listed, select "NOT LISTED", and fill in your model number manually.

Mfg. Date, is the manufacturing date of your monitor, this is very important to us, as the date tells us whetehr your screen is still under warranty or not.

At the bottom of the label, underneath the barcode,you will find your serial number.
