The ProServ activities centralised in Brussels in
the beginning of 2002 has the dedication to provide PROVIEW
customers a first class service. It is the base of our
activities. We ascertain you that a first class service to
which you are entitled is rendered, a Professional Service.
All users covered under the Proview Products
Manufacturer’s Warranty know full well that we, ProServ,
remain committed to honouring and supporting both your warranty
and you. Even so, regardless of the status of your warranty,
we remain a valuable resource for the service and maintenance
of your Proview.
We offer this service to residents of the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Portugal, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and more to come.
In certain countries we also have third company partners which
will assist you with technical support. Click on the
appropriate link to get full details. Our service is primarily
intended to help the End User. Distributors and OEM’s should
contact us through the appropriate channels. A special RMA
form in this web page must be used to electronically create a
request for assistance. Using this enables the user to
correctly enter all the required relevant information to
obtain the support service and to follow-up this request. A
login and password is required to fillin this form. It
will be generated and mailed after filling in the password
request form.
